Obama Clone Noynoy Aquino in the Philippines Steps Up Effort To Outdo Obama as Dictator

Aug. 13, 2014 (LPAC)–Philippine President Noynoy Aquino announced today that he is considering trying to change the Constitution to allow him to take a second six-year term. He said he was listening to “the voice of the people” (very much like the “voice of the international community” which Cameron and Obama like to call upon, representing in fact the “voice of London and Wall Street”). His reason — he wants to end the American system of “checks and balances,” since the Supreme Court ruled recently that he had acted unconstitutionally in diverting funds to bribe Senators (to impeach the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, among other things), using money which constitutionally can only be allocated by the Congress.

Said Noynoy: “Before all of this happened, I admit I had a closed mind [on changing the Constitution]. But now I realized that there is judicial reach…. It’s like instead of exercising restraint, [the judiciary is using] this power more often. Now, as a result, the balance between the three branches appears to be gone.”

Vice President Jejomar Binay, elected from a different party and a leading candidate in the 2016 presidential election, denounced the call for a term-extension, saying that “it was a selfish proposal to begin with, motivated more by personal rather than national interest.”
