Puppet Aquino Appeals to “Law of the Sea,” Which Neither the U.S., the Philippines, nor China Adhere To!
May 14, 2012 (LPAC) — A further irony in Obama’s contrived U.S. confrontation with China is that Philippine President Aquino, acting in his capacity as a proxy of British agent Obama, has called for the territorial conflict with China to be adjudicated by the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea. The only problems are that:
1– China long ago wrote the UN stating that China rejects the arbitration clause in the UN Charter on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS);
2 – The U.S. never signed the UNCLOS Charter, and
3 – Even the Philippines itself, when signing the UNCLOS charter decades ago, added a proviso that the signing “shall not in any manner impair or prejudice the sovereignty of the Philippines over any territory over which it exercises sovereign authority.”
So much for the “rule of law” as an excuse for war! Rigoberto Tiglao, a former Philippines Ambassador to China, adds: “This President is making us the laughing stock of the world.”
